The four Gospels deal with the earthly life of the Savior but each one presents Him in an entirely different character. Matthew presents Him as The King; Mark as the servant; Luke as man; John shows us the Deity of Jesus Christ. "But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through His name."
THE AUTHOR: John, the disciple (not to be confused with John the Baptist), the son of Zebedee, a fisherman, and Salome, one of the women who followed Jesus until the crucifixion. John also wrote I, II, III John and the Book of Revelation. BEGIN YOUR LESSONS. Please note that these lessons and materials were originally produced for Radio ABC.
